Hirsch’s Centurion supports CANSA
Sport against Crime in collaboration with the SAPS and Tshwane Metro Police had a fundraising and visibility project in aid of CANSA at the Centurion Lifestyle Centre today.
Hirsch’s Centurion assisted and supported the venture by identifying two “victims” who were “arrested and jailed” in a mobile prison cell by the SAPS. Two “victims” were identified by Manager Malcolm Chetty – and were duly “charged”, “jailed” and “fined”– once the fine had been paid, the “victims” were released and received a certificate of participation.
The nominated Hirsch’s “victims” were Samantha Govender and Shalin Subban – Inspector Potgieter from the Metro Police was their Arresting Officer – it was all taken in good fun – and for a worthy cause.
