Woman’s Networking Event – Kickoff for the New Year

Hirsch’s Centurion will continue hosting the monthly Woman’s Networking Events every third Wednesday of the Month (unless otherwise specified.).

 

We are kicking off on a healthy note - with our first event for the year being hosted on Wednesday 21 January 2015. Suzanne Gell, Certified RAW Nutritionist will be addressing us on the following issues:

 

·         Nutrition, and introduction to RAW and Superfoods.

·         Guidelines in enabling yourself and your children to reach maximum potential through the use of proper nutrition. 

·         Healthy Lunchbox ideas.
